Terms of sale

These terms cover buying stream packs from Alphabibi at alphabibi.com. Alphabibi is a brand of Travis Worthing ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@alphabibi.com.
Who you buy from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you pay, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Your receipt comes from Paddle.
What you are buying
Each Alphabibi character is sold as a digital stream pack, one per letter, in two editions:
- Standard: PNGtuber stills, an idle and a talking loop, reaction clips, 8 Twitch emotes (112, 56 and 28 px) with one animated emote, 3 sub badges (72, 36 and 18 px), follow and sub alerts, a stinger transition and a BRB screen.
- Deluxe: everything in Standard, plus the rigged 3D VTuber model (GLB), the character's extra emotes and its alternate looks.
A name bundle is one pack per letter you choose, all in the same edition, at the summed price. The whole-alphabet bundle is not on sale yet. Letters still "in the workshop" cannot be bought; you can join the waitlist for them instead. We do not take pre-orders.
The product pages show reduced, watermarked previews. The files you download are the full-size, unmarked versions described on each product page.
Prices and tax
Prices are listed in US dollars. Paddle may show your local currency and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, so the total at checkout is the amount you pay. Launch prices, such as Nibbi's Standard launch price, can end at any time; ending one does not affect orders already paid.
Delivery
After payment you get a download page and an email with a link for each pack. Each pack is a single ZIP file. Download links stay valid for 7 days and up to 10 downloads per pack. If a link runs out, email us with your order number and we will send a fresh one. Please keep your own backup of the files.
Your license
Buying a pack gives you the personal creator license: one creator may use it on their own channels, including monetised streams. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the files, NFTs and AI training are not allowed. The watermarked previews on this site are not licensed for any use.
Compatibility
The packs use standard formats (PNG, GIF, WebM with transparency, MP4 and glTF/GLB) and are tested in OBS Studio and Streamlabs Desktop. Other apps may handle them differently. Whether Twitch approves an emote or badge upload is Twitch's decision. If a file is broken or missing, email us with your order number and we will fix or replace it.
Refunds
All sales are final once you've downloaded your pack; your statutory rights are not affected. At checkout, buyers in the EU and UK agree to immediate access and acknowledge that their 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download starts. See the refund policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle; a refund or chargeback disables the order's download links and ends the license.
Ownership
We keep the copyright and all other rights in the characters, artwork, animation and files. Twitch, OBS, Streamlabs, Veadotube and other names are trademarks of their owners; Alphabibi is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue from a stream. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version shown when you bought applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
