Personal creator license

This license comes with every Alphabibi pack you buy. In short: one creator, their own channels, commercial streaming is fine, and the files stay with you.

What you may do

• Use the pack on the channels of one creator (you, or one persona you run), on any platform: Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok and others.
• Stream commercially: monetised streams, ads, subscriptions, sponsored streams, VODs, clips and highlights are all fine.
• Upload the emotes and badges to Twitch, 7TV, BetterTTV, FrankerFaceZ and your own Discord server, for your community to use there.
• Use the art in your channel's panels, overlays, thumbnails, banners and social posts that promote your channel.
• Edit, recolour, crop and resize the files for those uses.
• With the Deluxe edition, use the 3D model as your own VTuber avatar in any app, including converted formats such as VRM.

What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, give away, share or redistribute the files or edited versions of them, alone or as part of another pack, template or asset library.
• Use the pack for another creator's channel. Each creator needs their own license; a team needs one per creator.
• Mint the art or files as NFTs or other blockchain tokens.
• Use the art, files or previews to train, fine-tune or test any AI or machine-learning model, or include them in a dataset.
• Claim the characters as your own creation, or use them in a logo or trademark.
• Sell merchandise (prints, shirts, plushies, stickers) featuring the characters. Email us if you would like a merchandise license.

Ownership

Travis Worthing keeps the copyright and all other rights in the characters and files. The license is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and lasts for as long as you follow it.

Ending the license

A refund or chargeback ends your license. After that, using the pack's files (including emotes and badges uploaded to Twitch or elsewhere) is not permitted. The license also ends if you break these terms; you must then stop using the files and delete them.

The watermarked previews on this website are not licensed for any use.

Credit

Credit is never required, but a "pack by alphabibi.com" in your panels makes our day.
